Liverpool have been linked with Moises Caicedo for a number of weeks. Sky Sports News broke the news in early December that both Liverpool and Chelsea were interested in the Ecuadorian international.
Caicedo was excellent against Liverpool at the Amex in Brighton’s 3-0 convincing win.
Sky Sports News are now reporting that Chelsea are leading the race to sign Caicedo but the report further states that Liverpool are also interested, along with one other unnamed Premier League club.
Chelsea’s head global of talent and transfers, Paul Winstanley, wants to sign Caicedo according to Sky Sports News. Winstanley was involved in bringing Caicedo to Brighton when he was at the club.
