Earlier in the week, we reported that Real Madrid’s top transfer target was Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham. The midfielder has been a target for many of Europe’s top clubs, with Liverpool the English club most heavily linked with the midfielder.
ESPN are now reporting that the Spanish Giants are preparing a €100 million bid for the 19-year old. Los Blancos are keenly aware of the increasing interest from Liverpool, Chelsea and the two Manchester clubs and are looking to speed up talks.
Real believe that €100 million is a reasonable fee given Bellingham’s massive potential and sensational performances in the World Cup.
Florentino Perez is confident that his good relationship with Borussia Dortmund’s CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke will enable the transfer to progress smoothly.
