30 year old Croatia midfielder, Marcelo Brozovic has decided to leave Inter Milan at the end of the season.
Well that is according to Spanish outlet Sport.es.
Liverpool were heavily linked with the Brozovic in 2020 when officials held discussions with his agent.
The Croatian centre midfielder has been with Inter since 2015, and his current deal runs out in 2025.
Yet, with his recent announcement he’s looking for a new challenge.
Only last month Calcio Mercato were reporting that Liverpool were interested in Brozovic.
Brozovic shown his quality at the World Cup, advancing to the semi finals with his Croatian team.
It’s no surprise that midfield is one area Klopp looks to strengthen for next season, and Brozovic could be a cheaper option.
