In today’s SPORT BILD, it’s reported that Jude Bellingham has ruled out potentially joining either Chelsea or Paris Saint Germain.
According to the German newspaper, Bellingham is dismayed at the crazy purchasing approach that both clubs have taken to the transfer market in recent times.
This has left the door open for both Liverpool and Real Madrid to encourage as the favourites for the midfielder’s signature.
The paper further states that Newcastle United are looking to interject themselves into the conversation for Bellingham. Despite their recent takeover by the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund, Newcastle have been wary to not be seen to be overspending and splashing the cash. However, if they do intend to make a move for Bellingham, then that will certainly change and will lay down a major marker in terms of their ambitions moving forward.
Either way, it looks as if free spending Chelsea, who have spent close to a massive $500m since the takeover of Todd Boehly, and French giants PSG are not going to hear a positive response if they approach the player and his camp about a move.
