Liverpool have struggled defensively this season, and one player who Klopp has his eye on is Max Kilman.
According to Ben Jacobs, Liverpool and Spurs are set to battle it out for the 25 year old in the summer transfer window.
Kilman is a left sided centre back, who’s good on the ball. He puts this down to learning how to play futsal with his ex team mate, Diogo Jota.
In an interview with the Guardian in 2019, Kilman stated “Since I’ve got to Wolves I’ve realised that I’d benefited from my time playing futsal. It helps with what they do really well here.
“The speed of decision-making, everything is just sharper and quicker. You need to know what you’re going to do next.”
Kilman has become a first team regular for Wolves this season, taking advantage of Coady’s departure to Everton.
How Wolves finish in the table this season will have a big impact his price tag.
Yet, even if they do get relegated expect the Englishman to be worth at least £50m.
