Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson, and Stefan Bajcetic have been spotted in training ahead of hosting Atalanta on Thursday evening.

Liverpool’s vice-captain has been out of action since the win over Burnley on February 10.

He suffered a recurrence of a knee injury, and missed key clashes against Chelsea in the Carabao Cup and Manchester City at home.

Alisson sustained a training injury in the build-up to Brentford in February, which was later revealed to be a hamstring strain.

Even if Caoimhin Kelleher has shown to be a more than a good backup, Alisson’s return would give the team much-needed momentum.

Meanwhile, Stefan Bajcetic has finally returned to first-team training.

After a difficult season on the sidelines due to injury, the teenager seems set to finally resume his exciting development at Anfield.

It’s believed that in addition to recovering from a calf injury, Bajcetic has also been preparing his body for the rigours of first team football.

The first leg clash against Atalanta may come too soon for the trio, however.

Crystal Palace on Sunday or the return leg against the Serie A in Bergamo next week may be a more realstic date for their returns.
