Jurgen Klopp has told Sky Sports that it would “make my day” if Darwin Nunez’s injury was not serious.
“At the moment he has pains. If it shows up that Darwin has nothing on his shoulder, it would make my day!”, he told Sky Sports.
The Uruguayan sustained an apparent shoulder problem in a challenge with Kieran Tripper in the second half.
Klopp was unsure of the severity of the injury.
“If he has something with his shoulder we have to see, hopefully not too much.”
