Matteo Moretto is reporting that Alexis Mac Allister is set to leave Brighton in the summer and the World Cup winner has a host of different teams interested in him.
Several clubs asked about the Argentine in the January window, with Liverpool being the most recent. While other clubs have enquired about purchasing the 24-year-old. Mac Allister does not have a release clause in his contract which expires in 2025 so he will not come cheap.
The 24-year-old has played 21 times for Brighton this season scoring seven times. He earned a call up to the World Cup with Argentina where he played a key role in Argentina winning the World Cup in Qatar.
Mac Allister is the next midfielder to be linked to a move to Liverpool in the summer. Whether there will be enough money to fund a move for Mac Allister is a different question as Brighton drive a hard bargin and with players such as Marc Cucurella and Ben White going for more than £50 million, the Argentine will not come cheap.
@relevo
