Naby Keita departs Liverpool this summer after 5 years at the club. The Guinean won the Champions League, Premier League, League Cup, FA Cup and one Club World Cup during his time on Merseyside.
The midfielder made important contributions in big games but ultimately failed to consistently mark his place in Liverpool’s first-team due to frequent injury issues.
Liverpool decided not to renew terms with Keita upon the expiration of his current deal. The 28-year-old has been linked to a return to Germany.
Keita posted a farewell message to Liverpool supporters on his Instagram.
