Jurgen Klopp was beaming after his team’s sensational 7-0 victory against Manchester United.

Klopp gave his thoughts to Sky Sports after the historic performance.

“First half it got a bit wild. But we scored an incredible goal, what a finish..second half, start pretty good and the finish was pretty good!”

“It’s important that we really perform and all the guys come on and score, Bobby comes on and scores. Diogo could have scored. All top performances. It was perfect.”

“Everybody has to feel us, everybody has to know we are still around. That’s what we have to be from now on.”

Klopp spoke about Mohamed Salah’s incredible performance and record-breaking goal in which the Egyptian surpassed Robbie Fowler in Liverpool’s all time goal scoring ranks with his 129th performance.

“It is absolutely insane. 129 goals. Absolutely insane. I don’t know how many goals he was involved in setting up. We really appreciate him now and we will look back and really appreciate him, he is special.

Klopp on Firmino:

“It is a normal thing to do when a contract runs out and a player decides. The reception he got was outstanding. The goal he scored was the goal the stadium wanted the most. The reception he got was absolutely outstanding.”

Klopp was asked his thoughts on being the Liverpool manager with the biggest every victory

“Nothing at the moment. It will be nice in 10 years and maybe some other coach can beat it. It is one for the history books.”
