Darwin Nunez’s performances have been in the spotlight for the past number of weeks but it is clear he is heading in the right direction.
He has now scored double figures this season. Nunez scored a beautiful goal on his left foot against Wolves after a fantastic pass from Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Football data analyst Michael Reid shared an incredible statistic on Twitter showing only 5 players scored 10 goals in fewer appearances for Liverpool in the Premier League era.
In the Premier League era, only Fowler, Torres, Sturridge, Salah and Jota reached 10 goals for Liverpool in fewer appearances than Darwin Núñez (23rd game tonight). #LFC #LIVWOL

Squawka also shared an interesting stat, Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez are the only players in the same Premier League side to have scored 10 goals this season.
Liverpool are the first Premier League club to have two players score 10+ goals for them across all competitions this season:
