According to the Ecuadorian outlet Liverpool have had one offer rejected but they intend to make a second offer.

Now another Ecuadorian outlet have also reported of Liverpool’s interest.
MachdeportesFM report that talks are underway for Liverpool to sign the Ecuador international.
According to the outlet Liverpool are willing to spend £60M on Caicedo.
This will be an interesting one to keep an eye on with numerous outlets reporting that Liverpool are open to signing another midfielder this window.
Along with that it seems that Enzo Fernandez is close to a move to Chelsea.
