The fourth-round draw for the FA Cup has been done and Liverpool have been given a home draw against either Norwich City or Bristol Rovers.
Those two drew 1-1 as Bristol Rovers responded quickly to going a goal down as Grant Ward scored five minutes after Ashley Barnes broke the deadlock.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will be deemed as strong favourites for that game but they will have to wait until the 16th of January to see who they will face.
Bristol Rovers are the home side for that replay so their fans will be up for overcoming a Norwich side who have been inconsistent this campaign under David Wagner.
The last time Liverpool faced Norwich City was in 2022 in the FA Cup on their way to lifting the trophy as they won 2-1 with a brace from Takumi Minamino.
They last faced Bristol Rovers all the way back in 1992 again in the FA Cup, they won that game 2-1 as well at Anfield with goals from Steve McManaman and Dean Saunders.
As well as Liverpool there were plenty of other big games in the fourth-round draw which could be favourable for The Reds.
