Ex-Liverpool player Ki-Jana Hoever is set for another loan move away from parent club Wolves. The defender joined Wolves from Liverpool in a £13.5M deal in September 2020.
Hoever scored in Liverpool’s Carabao Cup against MK Dons, he became the 4th youngest scorer ever for the club at the time.
After scoring Hoever said:
“I have never scored before for Liverpool in the U18s or the U23s so it’s the first one for Liverpool and I’m really happy.
“Millie gave the cross and I was expecting the ball, hoping it to come my way, and it did, and I just headed it in.”
Liverpool signed Hoever from Ajax and he was expected to have a major impact at Anfield.
At just 21 years old Hoever has plenty of time to come good at his parent club. He is not set to go on loan to Stoke City after returning from PSV according to John Percy.
