
Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo is due to make an emotional return to his boyhood club on Thursday when they play Sevilla in the UEFA Europa League.
According to Dutch newspaper Eindhovens Dagblad, the return is set to provide Gakpo with a nice farewell from the clubs and their supporters.
Due to the fast turnaround of the transfer in January, PSV were unable to provide Gakpo a platform to wave goodbye to their fans. So this is a way for him to be able to do that.
