Real Madrid have announced their squad for the UEFA Champions League clash with Liverpool tomorrow and it’s missing two of their key midfield men.
From their social media post, you can see that Toni Kroos and Aurélien Tchouaméni are missing from the squad list. This is a huge boost for The Reds as both players are important components of Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
Los Blancos have, however, named Karim Benzema who is nursing himself back from injury.
It was reported last year that Liverpool were interested in signing Tchouaméni, which shows the player is highly rated by the Liverpool hierarchy. They’ll surely be pleased to see his name missing from the Madrid squad.
