Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool will travel to the south coast to face a resurgent Bournemouth side at the Vitality Stadium.

Andoni Iraola’s men have won four out of their last five Premier League games, including 3-0 wins against both Fulham and Manchester United.

The Red have a chance to extend their lead the top of the table, with Manchester City a mere two points behind.

However, Liverpool will have to ensure they keep tabs on former Red Dominic Solanke.

The Cherries striker has been in lethal form this season, and is only behind Mohamed Salah and Erling Haaland for PL strikes.

In terms of injuries, Klopp spoke on Alexander-Arnold, Szoboszlai, and Roberston in his pre-Bournemouth press conference:

“Obviously, he [Trent] can walk… on the catwalk (laughs). We are getting closer and closer – but not ready.”

“Some of them might be part of team training next week. So for the Bournemouth game I do not expect anybody back.”

“Maybe for Fulham, we will see how the boys do. Trent close, Dom close, Robbo close.”

“So it’s all going in the right direction and all positive, but for the weekend’s game no.”

Hopefully Dominik Szoboszlai and Trent Alexander-Arnold can return for the key second-leg against Fulham.

Although Liverpool won the first leg 2-1 at Anfield, it is a slender lead to take going into an away match.

Therefore, Jurgen Klopp will want a full a squad as possible for the clash.

Bournemouth themselves have a few injuries and absentees, including key defender Lloyd Kelly.
